2. Service Description
The Arzesh app is a purely informational application that displays exchange rates for various currencies, precious metals, and cryptocurrencies. The displayed rates are aggregated from publicly available sources.
The app provides:
- Real-time exchange rate display
- Portfolio management for tracking personal assets
- Historical data and charts
- Currency converter
The app expressly does NOT provide:
- Financial transactions of any kind
- Currency exchange or money transfers
- Connection to banks or financial institutions
- Financial advice or investment recommendations

3.1 No Financial Advice
The information displayed in the app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell currencies, precious metals, or cryptocurrencies.

5. Data Sources and Third-Party Providers
The exchange rates displayed in the app are sourced from various publicly available sources. For cryptocurrency data, the CoinGecko API is used, among others.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data provided by third-party providers.
6. Local Data Storage
All data you enter in the app (portfolio, settings, preferences) is stored exclusively locally on your device. We have no access to this data and cannot view, process, or share it with third parties.
When you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is deleted. There is no synchronization or cloud storage.
7. Company Information
The Arzesh app is developed and operated by Appfium UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company registered and based in Germany. The company is subject to German and European law.
The app is developed and operated entirely in Germany. The servers for the website are located in the European Union.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Service is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
